chickened out due to rain

as did everybody!

Simple answer was to reschedule it for next month (ie 19th August), so let's see what we get weather wise then when it rolls around.

If things come together as planned I have added in doing the bottom 5 clicks of the road to Lostock Dam, as it is rather nice and a bit of a surprise for anyone that doesn't know about this road........!

This is a bit of a test - the Calendar is supposed to have an option to opt in for reminders, but have to post an event to test it!

(note - moved back a week due to AGM being moved back)
Chichester Dam:  from Bero BP via Woodbury, Scotch Ck Rd, Duckenfield, Morpeth, Hinton, Paterson, East Gresford, Bendolba and some lovely sweeping well sealed roads to the dam, back to Dungog for morning tea. Return via Clarencetown & Seaham. 105km out, stop in Dungog for morning tea (22km back from Dam), 63km back to Bero BP. See map at http://www.hunterdog.org.au/images/Routes/BeroBP-ChichesterDam,105km.jpg

Meet 8:45am for 9am-ish departure (unless rain prevents).  Departure point is North: BP Beresfield - at the top end of the F3, coming from south turn right at the roundabout and it is 100m up on the left.

You will be going somewhere nice and in the company of friendly like minded people who love to ride their Ducatis, or they want to one day.

GENERAL INFO APPLICABLE TO ALL RIDES:
All are welcome and there is no club charge, you don't have to be a member (until you want to be). We mostly adopt a ride practice of waiting at turns - this gives the faster riders a bit of a rest, and allows others to catch up at their own pace with no worries. We may sometimes use corner markers and / or tail riders depending on group size / destination / whatever, but the main thing is to ensure that everybody has a good time riding and in the company of others.

Please also note that the club accepts no liability whatsoever for your actions / losses, regardless of the cause - see disclaimer here: http://www.hunterdog.org.au/RidesAndEvents.htm#Disclaimer
