Phillip Island WSBK Afterburner Filling Fast

Heading down to the Island for the WSBK? Nothing beats the thrill of watching your Superbike World Championship heroes strutting their stuff around Phillip Island – or is there? How about watching them do it on Sunday and then having a go at it yourself on Monday? That’s right the Phillip Island Superbike World Championship Afterburner Ride Day has been confirmed for the 27th of February 2012 and we’re taking bookings now!

The Phillip Island Afterburner is the perfect opportunity for those who’ve made the trek down to the Island for the opening round of the 2012 Superbike World Championship – due to be held February 24 to 26 – to ride the circuit the day after the big race.

The Afterburner event runs for the full day with individual 20 minute sessions available for $64 each. If you’ve come down with your partner and you’d like to share the experience a pillion only session is also available for $64.

Session options include:

•   Medium/Slow
•   Medium/Fast
•   Pillion Session (limited to 120km/h)

The event is exclusive to World Superbike Championship patrons – holders of a 2012 WSBK event ticket or wristband – which will be required to gain access to the Afterburner Ride Day event. So hang on to your ticket!

Places on the grid are limited and fill fast, so to make sure you qualify for the Afterburner Ride Day by calling 1300 793 423 and speak to our friendly staff.
