University of NSW Helmet Study

The UNSW School of Risk and Safty Sciences is conducting a study on pedal and motor cycle crashes to evaluate helmet performance in the context of injury prevention :

I was at the Road Warriors on Sunday and the researchers were there to promote the study and obtain volunteers for the project.  I participated in the study which took about ten minutes to fill in a short questionnaire and have my head and helmet measured.  Fortunately it seems I have the right sized helmet for my head !
