There is a spot somehere on the Ducati web site to sign up for relevant announcements, I did it ages ago so can't particularly remember where, but this is the announcement released yesterday:

MotoGP Ducati Champions Club Registration is open!

The largest capacity marquee on Gardner Straight will be MotoGP trackside home to 400 Ducatisti with comfortable seating space indoors and outdoors for Ducati owners and their guests. Each Ducati Champions Club member also has their own Grandstand seat with an unobstructed track view as well as a view of the big screen in turn one and the starting grid.

This year, Ducati have created special t-shirts that Ducati Grandstand ticket holders throughout the world for MotoGP events will be awarded along with a cap, lanyard and bag. Be among the select few Ducati fans globally to sport this special souvenir of the event. Of course, a pit walk each day will be included as well as morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The marquee has full daytime security and storage space for your riding gear. Once again, NFI have booked a coffee barista for the duration of the event.

Ducati Champions Club pricing has been held just under the $700 mark at $699. Children's tickets are $479.  Various parking permits can be booked as well for the closest to the track purchasable spaces.

Be apprised that the only motorcycle branding welcome in the Champions Club is Ducati branded. Proof of Ducati ownership is required to establish booking through motor vehicle registration documentation.

Once the club is filled at 400 guests, there will be no expansion of the facility.
