Hi all, myself and the team from Frasers will be heading down to the Concours on the 16th on some of our trusty steads. We will meet up with Paul Lewis and the staff from Homebush with a bit of a static display of current model bikes and will be happy to answer any questions on the day. We, from the Newcastle store think it's just a good excuse to go for a ride and hang out with other DUCATI people! See you there. DarrenL

This is a great day out, well worth a trip to the big smoke - and this year it is a fair bit closer than it used to be. Stuie will sort us out nearer the event, down the old road I expect. This is the release of info available now:

The Ducati Owners Club has it's "Concours d'Elegance" on Sunday 16th September at The Moorong Spinal Unit (Royal Rehabilitation Centre), Victoria Road, Ryde (Close to 2RRR)

The Moorong Spinal Unit has been our benefactor now for about 26 years & we have donated aprox $40,000 to this good cause over those years, so with a close association with this unit it is only logical that this could become the home of our concourse in future. They do have some beautiful grounds and they are very willing to accomodate us.

We have decided not to host the "Motori d'Italia" event at Lansvale any more as it was too much work with very little returns, so we have gone back to just the Ducati event but we have added an extra category of "Best Other Italian (Bike)" to continue our association with CIMAA, Guzzi & Laverda Clubs.

Regards

So, Scott's bound to have enough tread on his wheel chair to make it round to that one, assuming they haven't kicked him out beforehand for chucking monos  :-X down the corridor or the like!
